  • I come here and...
    I feel home. =)

    I feel warm and fuzzy.

I feel like I came home from a trip to a faraway place after several months.

I feel like I'm stepping into my childhood. Stepping into where I grew up. Memories sprouting from the earth.

I think this is how I would feel when I revisit the Korean neighborhoods I grew up in.

Oh I feel home and I feel like I'm back in the arms of people who spread love to my life before I came to college. Like I'm being muffled by fond memories from those high school days. Good memories, bad memories, ecstatic moments, hurtful moments, they all become fond memories in retrospect.

I'm such a freaking Romantic. Really. I fit all of the characteristics of Romanticism that I just reviewed...

Okay. Good being home. Time to go back to college.

That's right.  I can't believe it.  I'm leaving.  I wish I could import all my Xanga entries onto here:

But that's one feature they don't have.  =(

Sorry, Xanga friends!  I'll come back occasionally to read your posts.  There's Atom and email subscription on Blogger, so you can continue stalking my thoughts and leaving comments.

    Bye-bye, Xanga!

  • Plan for Funday

I need some uninterrupted, lazy summer fun that I can think back to in the fall.  After orientation, after Immanuel ends, I am setting aside a day for just that.

I'm going to wake up at 7:30.  I'll arrive at Mt. Bethel before 8:30 and work out, come back, and take a shower.  Then I'm watching a movie that I haven't seen before.  After lunch I'm playing music, reading, and/or shopping for clothes.  Then I'm going to go buy some strawberries, bananas, and yogurt to make smoothie with.  I'm going to fill my mp3 player with some good non-classical music.  I'm going to take my sunglasses, mp3 player, smoothie, bendy straw, sunscreen, hat, beach towel, and book to the neighborhood pool.  I'm going to recline with sunglasses on and earphones in while sipping smoothie every once in a while.  I will probably jump into the pool eventually.  Dinner?  Whenever I feel like it.  Then, I'm setting up a tent on my deck and sleeping outside that night.

That would be my ideal lazy funday in East Cobb.  I won't feel lacking of lazy fun for a while afterwards.

    Until then, hard work.
